Cavolo Nero-Ricotta Tart

This is going to be so good. I made the ricotta, and while it was setting put together the rest of the pieces. The crust is a savory one which includes whole wheat pastry flour, buckwheat flour and Parmesan, and the filling is onions, garlic, anchovies, kale, eggs, fresh ricotta and more Parm. It's baking now, and I can't wait to taste! Today was absolutely gorgeous, and we did a lot of yard work amongst other activities. The boys are asleep, and I don't think T and I will be too terribly far behind. Whew!
