One of my favorite all-time dishes is this brussels sprouts slaw with maple-glazed pecans and mustard vinaigrette. Here are the shredded sprouts, to be dressed tomorrow with the rest of the fixings. This one (4.5 pounds of sprouts!!) is headed out for an order, but I'll be making us some too. Blackberry pie is in the oven now, and I'm still hoping to make a cipollini compote too.
