Y'all, these might very well be the most beautiful batch of brandied peaches I've ever made. Things just went according to plan the whole process through. I say a hearty amen to that because I needed some ease. Gorgeous and delicious, and if you're wondering, yes, I'll have these for sale at the market on Saturday!
In the oven now is this equally lovely broccoli, as well as a little cauliflower I had left over from pickling the other day. The smoked paprika vinaigrette is simply breathtaking atop the roast broccoli, and Marconas too? C'est bon! Such an inspired recipe.
