H How beautiful is all this?! I have been dying for more of these bird's egg shell beans and they're finally back! And check out these black radishes, fresh chestnuts, cabbages and so forth. The pear looking fruits are quince which I've never cooked with before but think I might turn into an apple-quince or pear-quince jam. Apparently quinces have a really high pectin level so that will make a good natural thickening agent.
