I will tell y'all the truth: I feel bad. This is the pits! It's rare that I lack appetite but such is the case right now. But because I know it's important to eat something and in my always-attempt at staying hydrated (see: secondary good reason for yesterday's chicken soup), I've rediscovered the smoothie. A lazy rummage through, really a glance into, my fridge provided: blackberries, blueberries and peach kefir. I have some bananas in the fruit bowl. Et voila! A wonderfully purple and delicious, full-of-antioxidants-probiotics-potassium breakfast.
