Perhaps it's true what Tom keeps telling me: I might undercharge for my labor when catering. I worked my entire bum off all day today. It was entirely pleasurable but man am I beat. It's tiring to stand, chop, mix, bend, package, wrap, transfer and such for seven hours straight -whew! I think I need to reconsider some of my pricing, but I do really enjoy it, and I get to meet some really great people. Like the family for whom I cooked tonight. What a great bunch. She is celebrating her 70th, they all came together to ring it in. Wonderful! And look at the food!
Awesome, right? I came home and ate a lot of cheese, am enjoying some wine and watching Real Time with T. Maajid Nawaz (author of Radical) is very cool.
